Quality means for us, under conscientous compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as special attention to environmental aspects, to meet customer expectations in order to achieve a steady improvement in customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
A special feature of our production processes and products is the avoidance of cleaning agents and solvents. We also refrain as far as possible from raw materials that are harmful to health or environment and use environmentally compatible alternatives. Compliance with the REACH regulation is a matter of course for us.
We ensure our results through well-regulated procedures, careful quality checks and systematic, documented traceability. For this purpose, we established a quality and environmental management system years ago. We see continuous improvements as an obligation to develop ourselves in a market- and society-oriented manner as well as in technical terms.
