Economical and precise dosing of thixotropic 1K adhesives

The efficient and precise processing of stable and high viscous adhesives is a challenge for process technology especially by dispensing small quantities. The movie shows that this task can be tackled reliably by using jet dispensing valves from Nordson.

EPOXONIC 292 is a filled and thixotropic 1-part adhesive based on epoxy resins with excellent adhesion to many metals and plastics. The high glass transition temperature of EPOXONIC 292 enables bondings of high mechanical strength and temperature resistance.
EPOXONIC 292 is with its tough characteristics also excellently suited for bondings with special requirements on thermal shock resistance.
